As part of this assignment, I had to learn about 3 well-known search engines.

I was most comfortable with Google, being as it is my main search engine. But I will say that Bing had some interesting features that I found enjoyable. For example, its option to do a short trivia session if you click on its background image was fun and something I hadn't seen before. Unfortunately, I will most likely stick with what I know and continue using Google. WolframAlpha on the other hand is something I had used for my math classes many times before this class. It has always been a useful asset for me, especially when I had a particularly hard time figuring out a math equation. I was shocked to learn about just how many features it had though. I feel like it will come in handy a lot more often than I originally expected.
I've embedded a short video on how search engines work, as I do believe it's important for people to understand how they work. They video is a little outdated, but I still think it's applicable today.
